Moonstones first serenade

I am a flower, a flower so simple,
You really can't see why I'm here.
What if I'm different, you will not hurt me,
Because I'll be the one you fear.

I sing to the moon,
And I know God will listen,
As the indigo blanket covers my tracks,
I will not be found,
As the stars and moon glisten,
Their light wind hold me back.

I'm taking the hard road on the freeway of life,
So they better watch out, cause just as the night-
                         Sinks in
I will not be stopped, I will not be stalled,
And soon she will see

I am a flower, a flower so simple,
They really can't see why I'm here.
But that will be just fine, because one day I'll rise,
